Adoption Application

All applicants must be 21 years or older.

Our goal is to adopt Border Collies into permanent, loving, and responsible homes. We would appreciate your answers to the questions on our application so that we can make the best possible match for you, your family, your lifestyle, and the dog. All information will be treated as confidential. Submission of this application does not guarantee that you will be approved or receive a dog. An incomplete application or misrepresentation of any facts on this application is grounds for refusal. You will be contacted via e-mail once your application has been reviewed. At that time, we will begin the reference check. If the references are approved, we will then contact you to make arrangements for a home visit.

A minimum adoption fee of $260.00 (which includes the $10 application fee) will be payable at the time of adoption. A minimum adoption fee of $160.00 (which includes the $10 application fee) is required for dogs over 8 years of age and will be payable at the time of adoption. All dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated (includes Rabies, Distemper), microchipped, heartworm tested and kept on monthly heartworm preventative prior to adoption.
